Our  Vermouth  lipliner are formulated with rich and consistent colors to  enhance all shades of burgundy and red lipsticks with precise lines.

TIPS

• For narrow lips, apply pencil shade slightly darker than lipstick color just outside natural lip line.
• For fuller lips, apply pencil with shade that matches lipstick inside natural lip line
